Zur Unterstützung der digitalen Lehre bietet die Universitätsbibliothek ab dem 1. März 2021 einen kostenfreien Scandienst für Mitarbeiter*innen der Universität Erfurt an. Über ein Webformular können Sie Ihren Kopierwunsch an die UB senden. Wir suchen die Literatur heraus, scannen die Aufsätze und stellen Ihnen die PDFs anschließend zum Download zur Verfügung.
Der Scandienst im Überblick
- Für Mitarbeiter*innen/Lehrende der Universität Erfurt sowie für Graduierte des Erfurter Promotions- und Postdoktorand*innen-Programm (EPPP)
- Scannen von Zeitschriftenaufsätzen und Buchkapiteln aus dem Medienbestand der UB Erfurt
- Bis zu 50 Seiten oder max. 10% bei Büchern, gemäß Urheberrecht (§ 60e Abs. 5 UrhG)
- Aufsätze aus E-Medien sind nicht lieferbar
- Bestellung über die Bibliothekswebseite
- PDF-Erstellung innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen
- Elektronische Bereitstellung als Downloadlink per Mail
- Der Service ist kostenfrei
Für Scanaufträge aus unseren historischen und wertvollen Beständen wenden Sie sich gerne an den Sonderlesesaal der UB Erfurt. Auf Wunsch können Sie auch die Reproduktionsdienste der Forschungsbibliothek Gotha in Anspruch nehmen.

New service for members of staff: scanning of documents
To support digital teaching, the University Library will offer a free scanning service for employees of the University of Erfurt from 1 March 2021. You can send your copying request to the library by web form. We will search for the literature, scan the articles and make the PDFs available to you for download.
The scanning service at a glance
- For employees/teachers of the University of Erfurt and for graduates of the Erfurt Doctoral and Postdoctoral Programme (EPPP)
- Scanning of journal articles and book chapters from the holdings of the library
- Up to 50 pages or max. 10% for books, in compliance with copyright law (§ 60e Abs. 5 UrhG)
- Articles from e-media are not available
- Order by web form on the library website
- PDF supplied within 1-3 working days
- Electronic delivery as download link by e-mail
- Service is free of charge
For scanning orders from our historical and special holdings, please contact the special reading room of the library. You can also use the reproduction services of Gotha Research Library.
