Apologies for using the mail list without advertising anything, there is some technical problem, I do not receive the e-mails sent through this mailing list, not even the one I myself posted yesterday (which the list manager himself, Kai Brodersen, very kindly re-sent to make sure it had been sent) and he has asked me to post an e-mail now to see if we find out the technical reason.
