The MA in Religious Studies is a degree taken over two years. The programme combines a systematic approach with the specialisation on one religious tradition.

There is one obligatory module and several optional modules.

During the first 3 semesters students:

o attend the obligatory core module A01 (= 18 ECTS)

o attend the obligatory module C01 (= 18 ECTS)

o attend 2 modules (a-b) of the chosen religious tradition (= 54 ECTS)

o attend one of the other optional modules, either a further B-module or one of the E-modules (= 18 ECTS)

 

During the fourth semester students work on their MA-thesis (= 30 ECTS).
